We’re looking for a hands-on Robotics Engineer who thrives on solving real manufacturing challenges. This role lives on the plant floor, taking ownership of robotic cells from initial concept through full production. If you’re driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and delivering results that matter, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll design, build, and support robotic systems that power our operations:
Program and debug industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Universal Robots)
Develop automation solutions for machine tending, material handling, and manufacturing processes
Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, sensors, conveyors, and safety equipment
Optimize robot paths, cycle times, and overall system performance
Lead robotic cell commissioning from installation through production launch
Design and support end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and fixturing
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and process issues
Provide hands-on production support and drive continuous improvement
